It just reminds me that whenever I can't think of something to draw, I look to nature for inspiration. Most design can be traced back to things that occur naturally. If you don't believe me, just look at Mucha.
I had so much fun last time doing my picks for things that I love inspired by The Hobbit that I decided to do another round inspired by Peter S. Beagle's, The Last Unicorn. The film is a really great, 80's cult flick, but the book is even better. It's actually more entertaining and funny, and dramatic than the movie. Plus you don't have to sit through Mia Farrow and Jeff Bridge's terrible singing! You have to love them still for trying of course.
Okay! So! I have been completely inactive for too many weeks now on my blog - I wish I could say it was because I have been too busy, but mostly it is because I haven't in the blogging mood.
However, I've found a gem that I have to share.
Parks and Recreation is one of my favorite, if not most favorite show, on TV right now. And aside from the epic end of the season finale (I won't spoil it if you haven't watched it yet) the previous episode where Tom (Aziz Ansari) gets everyone drunk on his alcoholic drink 'Snake Juice', Ron (Nick Offerman) gets totally trashed and well... this is the gem...
